The Pottery
The Pottery occupies one of the outbuildings in the garden of Springfield House; it contains the kiln, the wheel and the workbenches, allowing just enough room for about half a dozen potters at a time.
Pottery working groups, confined to Arts Society members, meet on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, Monday and Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings.
The popularity of the pottery and the limited working area means that the groups are almost always full and members wishing to join may first have to join a waiting list.
